There are so many ways around the ban on Internet gambling, that the lack of foresight on the part of Congress is noteworthy. Eventually the DOJ, the Department of Justice, will attempt to block iGambling sites, but there are a number of technologies that would easily circumvent the DOJ.
We also find it difficult to believe that the Federal Reserve Board will force the banking system to block legitimate payments to NETteller and other payment services.
