The Supreme Court of Nevada reversed two lower court rulings to establish that no physical contact of a sexual nature is allowed between strippers and customers. This is said to protects society by curtailing prostitution, STD’s, drug offenses and other criminal activity.
The city is world recognized not only as a place to go for gambling but also for other ‘adult’ kind of entertainment. The significance of the blow to Las Vegas will remain to be seen.
It appears as if the Sin City has become a little bit less sinful…we’ll see about that.
